Born in the Trentino region in 1988, Pietro graduated with distinction in Viticultural and Oenological Science in 2014.
Prior to this he had already been gaining significant experience also for his thesis in an important Verona winery, also in Friuli at the Formentini winery as well as various wineries in the Trentino region. His experience was enhanced by working in New Zealand on the vinification of red and white aromatic grapes.
In 2014, he then began working with the Re Manfredi winery in Basilicata where he was able to capitalize on his experience of white aromatic grapes and of the vinification of red-skinned grapes. Following the experience in Basilicata, he undertook a new adventure at the Formentini winery in San Floriano.
