One of the newest arrivals in the Castello Monad family, a dessert wine of extraordinary quality. Originating from a single vineyard of Moscatello Selvatico planted in 2005, opposite the main entrance to the winery: unquestionably the estate’s most representative vineyard, surrounded by ancient pine trees and crossed by a pathway of aromatic herbs leading straight to the castle. The vine plants were a gift to Chairman Seracca Guerrieri from the Colosso di Ugento family, who took them from a very old family vineyard. They cannot therefore be reproduced on the market and their low production yields endow the wine with full body marked by supporting acidity, very unusual in Pugliese sweet wines.
