CHARÀ Terra d'Otranto DOC
Just like the mythical figure of the mermaid Charà, part woman and part sea creature, so its namesake wine has two parts to it in separate fermentation and ageing processes: one part in concrete eggs to bring out minerality and another in barriques to lend captivating structure. The result is a complex and dynamic wine able to fascinate and bewitch as did the legendary siren.
