Vipra Bianca is a blend of local and international grapes, which undergo slow fermentation (about 3 weeks) in stainless steel vats, at a strictly controlled temperature. The new wine continues to mature in steel for a few months until it is bottled. Vipra Bianca is a bright golden straw-yellow in colour with greenish hues, with a generous nose showing subtle hints of fresh almonds and acacia flowers, and a citrus note. The flavour is strikingly rounded, fresh, soft and balanced. The first vintage produced was 2006.
