Enrico Marega, originally from San Floriano del Collio, now works in the place where he was born and raised, surrounded by the hills that have always inspired him. After graduating from high school, he obtained a degree in Viticulture and Oenology and then a master's degree in Wine Supply Chain Management from the University of Udine. Alongside his academic training, he began his professional career working in some of the most renowned wineries in the Collio area, which allowed him to consolidate his technical skills and develop a personal style characterised by precision, sensitivity and attention to the expressive potential of each individual vineyard.

In 2021, he joined the Cantina Formentini team, contributing to the qualitative evolution of production in order to best express the identity of the native grape varieties and the value of the local appellations.

In 2025, he took over the technical management of the winery, maintaining his approach deeply rooted in the territory but open to discussion and innovation.
